Come Join the Craft Shows at
Mt Airy Orchards

We invite you to be a part of 1, 2, 3 or all 4 of our outdoor festivals that showcase your handmade treasures! Registration fee is 34.99/festival.

Shows are held at Mt Airy Orchards, 522 E Mt. Airy Rd., Dillsburg, PA 17019. We typically have about 700 - 1,000 shoppers attend the festivals.

Strawberry Festival: June 10, 2023, 8:30am-1pm - We are at maximum capacity and no longer accepting vendor registrations.
Blueberry Festival: July 15, 2023, 7am-1pm
Peach Festival: August, 12, 2023, 7am-1pm
Labor Day Weekend Festival: September 2, 2022, 8:30am-1pm

Each festival date will have live music, wagon rides, pick-your-own berries (apples in September), specials on produce, and fun activities. The Blueberry & Peach Festivals include a Pancake Breakfast (extra cost to participate in these activities).

Please understand:

All items that you wish to sell must be hand made. You must be an artisan or be selling items on behalf of an artisan.
Completing the registration below is not a guarantee of acceptance. You will receive an email within 7 days stating approval or not. Possible reasons your application might not be approved include, but are not limited to: mass-produced items, food items that compete with items sold at the orchard, items that are not family-friendly, or too many vendors for a particular item type/similar product.
If approved, you are approved for the items you listed on your registration. You must list and attach photos of all types of items you wish to sell.
Spaces are outdoors and are 11' x 11'. You will need to bring all supplies (canopy tent, weights for tent, tables, chairs, etc.) We are sorry, but electricity and WiFi are not available.
Vendor fee is 34.99/space. The Blueberry Festival is a fundraiser for the Ecumenical Food Pantry of Harrisburg and the Peach Festival is a fundraiser for Hope Walks.

Spaces will not be assigned (we promise they are all good!) but if there is someone you would like to be adjacent to, we will reserve 2 spots for you to make sure you can be side-by-side. If applicable, please list the name of the vendor you would like to be next to. (This is OPTIONAL)

Credit Card Billing Terms

Credit cards will not be charged until your business is approved. If you are not accepted, you will receive an email stating this and you will not be charged.

Event Terms

I understand that:
1. I may only sell items that I have personally made or grown and that have been listed in my confirmation email.
2. I accept all liability for federal, state, and local taxes related to any sales I make at the event.
3. I will be set up BEFORE the start of the event (8:30am for Strawberry Festival and Labor Day Weekend Festivals, 7am for Blueberry & Peach Festivals). Set-up begins 90 minutes prior to opening - more information will be in your confirmation email.
4. If I bring a canopy tent, I will make sure it is weighted on all 4 corners for the safety of other vendors and guests. Weights should be at least 10 lbs on each corner.
5. My vehicle will be moved away from my space before the start of the event (see times above).
6. I will remain open for sales until 1pm and not tear down prior to 1pm. Vendors who leave before 1pm will not be permitted to attend future events and fees will not be refunded. (Note: you are welcome to stay past 1pm if things are going well.)
7. Smoking, Alcohol & Open Flames are Prohibited.
8. WiFi is not available, so I will make alternate plans if I need internet for credit card transactions.
9. My fee is NON-REFUNDABLE unless Mt Airy Orchards cancels the event due to severe weather. If I choose to cancel or not show up for the event, I understand I will forfeit the registration fee.
10. I will not alter the area in any way or leave behind trash, unsold merchandise, or any other materials that I have brought with me.
11. All equipment and items brought onto the orchard shall be done at the risk of the vendor. Mt Airy Orchards will not assume responsibility for vendors items at any time.
