Note: we will only reserve spaces for people that purchase more than one spot to make sure the spots are adjacent. If you have a friend you want to be beside, please plan on coming over Friday evening to pick out your spot.


Credit cards will not be charged until your business is approved. If you are not accepted, you will receive an email stating this and you will not be charged. Possible reasons you may not be accepted: items are mass produced, items go against our rules, we already have enough vendors of your item type.
I understand that:
1. I may only sell items that I have personally made or grown and that have been listed in my confirmation email. I will not bring items with profanity or adult themes.
2. I accept all liability for federal, state, and local taxes related to any sales I make at the event.
3. I will be set up BEFORE the start of the event (8:30am for Strawberry Festival, 7am for Blueberry & Peach Festivals). Set-up begins 90 minutes prior to opening - more information will be in your confirmation email.
4. If I bring a canopy tent, I will make sure it is weighted on all 4 corners for the safety of other vendors and guests. Weights should be at least 5 lbs on each corner.
5. My vehicle will be moved to the Vendor Parking Area before the start of the event (see times above).
6. I will remain open for sales until 1pm and not tear down prior to 1pm. Vendors who leave before 1pm will not be permitted to attend future events and fees will not be refunded. (Note: you are welcome to stay past 1pm if things are going well.)
7. Smoking, Alcohol & Open Flames are Prohibited.
8. WiFi is not available, so I will make alternate plans if I need internet for credit card transactions.
9. My fee is NON-REFUNDABLE unless Mt Airy Orchards cancels the event due to severe weather. If I choose to cancel or not show up for the event, I understand I will forfeit the registration fee.
10. I will not alter the area in any way or leave behind trash, unsold merchandise, or any other materials that I have brought with me.
11. All equipment and items brought onto the orchard shall be done at the risk of the vendor. Mt Airy Orchards will not assume responsibility for vendors items at any time.
