We’re looking to add a few special vendors to select fall weekends at Mt Airy Orchards! 

Our fall weekends bring families and visitors to the farm for apple and pumpkin picking, the corn maze, wagon rides, and other seasonal activities. We’re looking for vendors whose products and presentation are a natural fit for our family-friendly farm atmosphere.

We’re especially interested in hearing from local businesses and makers who would complement the fall experience for our guests, including:

• ☕ Specialty beverage and/or snack vendors offering items that complement — rather than compete with — food already available at Mt Airy Orchards. Great fits include specialty coffee drinks, teas, lemonades and other non-alcoholic beverages, as well as specialty snack or treat items such as jerky, cupcakes, gourmet nuts, specialty candies, or similar grab-and-go items.  We are not accepting meal/entrée vendors or vendors whose primary products duplicate items already sold at the orchard. • 🍷 Licensed alcohol vendors offering products such as locally made wine or similar beverages
• 🏺 Local artisans and makers offering unique, handcrafted goods — such as pottery, woodworking, and other locally made items

Fall Vendor Dates & Hours

Fall vendor opportunities are available on Saturdays and Sundays from September 19 through October 25.

Saturdays: 10:00 AM-3:00 PM
Sundays: 12:00-4:00 PM

Vendors will have the opportunity to indicate which available date(s) they are interested in attending as part of the application.

Vendor Details & Requirements

Products: You must list all types of items you wish to sell. Vendor approval applies only to the items listed on your application. Items that were not included in your application may not be sold without prior approval.

Vendor Space: Spaces are outdoors. Vendors are responsible for bringing everything needed for their setup, including a canopy tent, appropriate tent weights, tables, chairs, and other display materials.

Utilities: Electricity and WiFi are not available, so please plan your setup accordingly.

Vendor Fee: $34.99 per space.
